• Carry out customer service duties promptly and efficiently.
• Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Manage the meeting and conference room diaries.
• Liaise with customers regarding their service requirements and attend to their needs in a professional manner.
• To cover reception duties.
Salary: $2300 SGD
Healthcare: as Singapore policy.
Annual leave: 14 days leave as company policy
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field would be an added advantage
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Front line experience, preferably in Hotel and/or Serviced offices.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly disposition and positive attitude.
• Direct customer service interfacing. Candidates have to be flexible and calm under pressure.
• Personable, able to relate to people of all levels.
English: Fluent (no need certs).
Mandarin: Fluent (no need certs).
