Organize office operations and procedures
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for management
Assisting in arranging travel and accommodation for management & employees
In charge of meeting minutes records and file cabinet
Plan, organize and manage all administrative functions
Establish procurement policies and procedures for purchasing of supplies required by the organization.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring all payments is made on time
Petty cash management
Assist in Human Resource General Functions
Point of contact to employees in providing guidance and support on HR related matters
Manage key HR functions such as absentee management; payroll and HR related claims and fillings
All other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Salary: SGD $2200-$2400 ( base on experiences)
Healthcare: as Singapore policy.
Annual leave: 12-14 days leave as company policy ( base on experiences)
English: Fluent (no need certs).
