JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of dishes according to standards
- Work closely with the team to plan, create and develop new menu based on industry trends
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Manage the budget allocated by the management to ensure food and labor costs are controlled
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant
- Lead a team of kitchen staff and effectively delegate necessary tasks in a timely fashion
- Plan the roster for kitchen staff

- Prior experience in preparation of seafood or vegetarian dishes preferred
